Two Weeks' Notice Letter in Idaho

A short, professional resignation letter giving two weeks' notice. Most jobs are at-will, so notice is a courtesy unless a contract requires it — but your state sets when your final paycheck is due (below).

What Idaho law says

Final paycheck if you quitSame rule as for firing: by the next regularly scheduled payday or within 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays), whichever comes first, or within 48 hours of a written request for earlier payment.
