Kentucky Notice to End a Month-to-Month Tenancy Template
What a Kentucky notice to end a month-to-month tenancy must include under Kentucky law, and a fill-in draft that follows those rules.
Use the official form if there is one
What Kentucky law requires
URLTA localities: written notice at least 30 days before the periodic rental date specified in the notice (month-to-month); 7 days for week-to-week; 10 days for a tenancy continuing after a written lease ends (none if that tenant is 10+ days late on rent). Delivery to the tenant: in hand, or registered/certified mail to the designated address or last known residence. Non-URLTA areas: one month's written notice requiring the tenant to remove.

Fill-in draft
Replace every [bracketed] item. If your state or city requires specific wording, a specific form, or a translated version, that requirement controls over this draft. Courts dismiss eviction cases over defective notices — if anything is unclear, talk to a lawyer.
