Unemployment Appeal Letter in New Hampshire

A letter appealing a denial of unemployment benefits. Appeal deadlines are short and strict in every state — file before the deadline shown below, even if you are still gathering documents, and keep claiming benefits each week while the appeal is pending if your state allows it.

What New Hampshire law says

Appealing a denialYour appeal to an appeal tribunal must be received, or postmarked if mailed, within 14 calendar days after the determination was mailed. The commissioner may extend the deadline if there are sufficient grounds for the delay.
