New Mexico Notice to End a Month-to-Month Tenancy Template
What a New Mexico notice to end a month-to-month tenancy must include under New Mexico law, and a fill-in draft that follows those rules.
Use the official form if there is one
What New Mexico law requires
An owner ending a week-to-week or month-to-month residency, for any reason, must give advance written notice. The court system publishes an official 30-day notice to terminate (Form 4-903).

Fill-in draft
Replace every [bracketed] item. If your state or city requires specific wording, a specific form, or a translated version, that requirement controls over this draft. Courts dismiss eviction cases over defective notices — if anything is unclear, talk to a lawyer.
