Two Weeks' Notice Letter in West Virginia

A short, professional resignation letter giving two weeks' notice. Most jobs are at-will, so notice is a courtesy unless a contract requires it — but your state sets when your final paycheck is due (below).

What West Virginia law says

Final paycheck if you quitOn or before the next regular payday, the same as when fired.
Unused vacation / PTO payoutDepends on the employer's written policy or agreement. Employers must tell employees in writing (or by posted notice) their policies on vacation pay, sick leave and similar matters, and fringe benefits due under an agreement must be paid according to its terms.
