If you earn too much for free helpThe Modest Means Project is a joint program of the Arizona Bar Foundation and the State Bar of Arizona for people who "do not qualify for free legal services, but cannot afford the expertise of attorneys at the standard rate." It offers a one-hour meeting "for a fee of $75," and if representation continues the lawyer "must maintain the fee of $75 per hour." The page gives no income limit.
