Nebraska Notice to Pay Rent or Quit Template
What a Nebraska notice to pay rent or quit must include under Nebraska law, and a fill-in draft that follows those rules.
What Nebraska law requires
A written notice stating that rent is unpaid and that the landlord intends to terminate the rental agreement if rent is not paid within 7 calendar days. Delivery to the tenant: in hand; mailed to the place the tenant designated for notices (or the last-known residence); or by electronic means if the tenant affirmatively consented after receiving the statutory disclosures about withdrawing consent and getting paper copies.

Fill-in draft
Replace every [bracketed] item. If your state or city requires specific wording, a specific form, or a translated version, that requirement controls over this draft. Courts dismiss eviction cases over defective notices — if anything is unclear, talk to a lawyer.
