What a Oklahoma notice to pay rent or quit must include under Oklahoma law, and a fill-in draft that follows those rules.
Use the official form if there is one
What Oklahoma law requires
A written demand for payment. If rent is not paid within 5 days after the notice, the landlord may end the rental agreement. The demand counts as a demand for possession, so no separate notice to quit is needed. It may be given before or after the landlord files suit. No required wording is set out. Service of written termination notices under the Act: personally on the tenant; if the tenant cannot be found, to a family member over 12 living with the tenant; otherwise by posting at a conspicuous place on the unit plus mailing a copy by certified mail or through the Postal Service's Firm Mailing Book for Accountable Mail.

Fill-in draft
Replace every [bracketed] item. If your state or city requires specific wording, a specific form, or a translated version, that requirement controls over this draft. Courts dismiss eviction cases over defective notices — if anything is unclear, talk to a lawyer.
