Wyoming Notice to Pay Rent or Quit Template

What a Wyoming notice to pay rent or quit must include under Wyoming law, and a fill-in draft that follows those rules.

What Wyoming law requires

Eviction (forcible entry and detainer) may be brought once rent is unpaid 3 days after it is due. The landlord must give a written notice to leave the premises at least 3 days before filing, served by leaving a written copy with the tenant or, if the tenant cannot be found, at the tenant's usual place of abode or business. No statutory wording; the statute does not require a pay-or-quit option.

Fill-in draft

Replace every [bracketed] item. If your state or city requires specific wording, a specific form, or a translated version, that requirement controls over this draft. Courts dismiss eviction cases over defective notices — if anything is unclear, talk to a lawyer.
