The rules in Nevada

Ending a month-to-month leaseLandlord: at least 30 days' written notice for month-to-month (and other non-weekly periodic) tenancies; 7 days for week-to-week; 5 days for tenancy at will. A tenant 60 or older or with a physical or mental disability may request an additional 30 days of possession (not for week-to-week). Tenant: no statute sets a separate notice period for the tenant, but a rental agreement may not require the tenant to give the landlord a different notice of termination than the landlord must give the tenant (30 days for month-to-month).
NRS 40.251 sets the notice after which a tenant who stays is guilty of unlawful detainer; neither it nor NRS Ch. 118A states a separate tenant notice period. A lease clause barred by NRS 118A.220 is void, and the tenant may recover actual damages caused by it (NRS 118A.220(2); https://www.leg.state.nv.us/nrs/nrs-118a.html). Federal/state/tribal workers affected by a government shutdown may request possession until 30 days after the shutdown ends (NRS 40.251(3)-(4)).
